Welcome to All About Pressure. By scheduling services, requesting a quote, or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

All About Pressure provides professional pressure washing and exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Services are performed using appropriate pressure and cleaning methods based on the surface being cleaned.

2. Estimates & Pricing

• All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of the estimate.

• Final pricing may change if job conditions differ from what was originally described (additional buildup, accessibility issues, surface condition, etc.).

• Customer approval is required before any price adjustments.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

• Scheduled appointments may be rescheduled due to weather conditions for safety and service quality.

• We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may be subject to a service fee.

4. Property Access & Preparation

The customer is responsible for:

• Providing clear access to all areas being cleaned

• Ensuring pets are secured

• Closing windows and doors

• Removing fragile items near work areas

All About Pressure is not responsible for delays caused by restricted access.

5. Surface Condition & Liability

Pressure washing may expose pre-existing conditions such as:

• Cracked siding

• Loose paint

• Damaged wood

• Failing seals

All About Pressure is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing structural or surface issues.

6. Water & Utilities

Customer agrees to provide access to a working water supply and electricity (if required) at the job location.

7. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Accepted payment methods will be communicated prior to service.

• Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours so we may address the issue.

9. Limitation of Liability

All About Pressure shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to service performance.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
